Artist Promotion for Dinky Music Inc. is provided by Hollywood Gutter Rose Promotions. Mandi DesChene has been the Promotions Consultant for Dinky Music Inc. since the beginning of 2008. As well as generating PR for the company, Mandi helps artists navigate the publicity pathways of the music industry. Below is a list of services, which can be ordered in the Online Store or in person at the Studios.

Press Kits: Compiling photos, fact sheet, bio, pitch letter, and previous press clippings, CD w/ song descriptions, DVD of live performance (optional): $25.00 each or 20 for $300

• Photos are provided by the artist, a photographer may be arranged through Dinky Music Recording Studios.
• Press clippings are provided by the artist.
• CDs are provided by the artist at artist’s expense.
• Optional DVD of live performance is provided by artist at artist’s expense, DVD duplication is available through Dinky Music Recording Studios.
• Press Kits become the sole property of the artist and will not be retained by Hollywood Gutter Rose Promotions unless the artist has also purchased distribution.

Fact Sheet, Bio, or Pitch Letter: If artist does not have fact sheet, biography or pitch letter prepared for inclusion in press kit or EPK: $10.00 each

• If artist is not purchasing a press kit or EPK from Hollywood Gutter Rose Promotions: $15.00 each

Electronic Press Kit (E-pak or EPK):  Press kit in digital form, either saved to CD or emailed in .zip form: $25.00 one time fee, $2.00 for both CD and .zip file

• One time compilation, unlimited usage.
• Music must be in MP3 format.
• Live performance footage must not exceed seven minutes.
• Artist keeps a copy for personal promotional purposes, Hollywood Gutter Rose Promotions will only keep a copy of the EPK if the artist has also purchased distribution.

Distribution of Press Kits (USPS delivery):

• To five radio stations (satellite, local, or national): $40.00 Each additional station: $10.00
• To five local magazines: $40.00 Each additional local magazine: $10.00
• To five national magazines: $50.00 Each additional national magazine: $15.00
